Applications are now open for the Federal Scholar in Residence Programme 2027, organised by the Eurac Research Institute for Comparative Federalism (Bolzano/Bozen, Italy).

This programme offers scholars the opportunity to spend up to three weeks in residence at Eurac Research, in the heart of the Alps, engaging with an international community of experts working on comparative federalism and related fields.

Constitutional Studies is an international open access, double-blind peer reviewed academic journal published twice annually by the Comparative Constitutions Project and the International Association of Constitutional Law.

This year, we invite scholars from the U.S. and abroad to examine how courts function within political systems and how they respond to political pressures and shape broader political development, particularly during pivotal moments.
