The Comparative Constitutions Project is pleased to announce that Constitute en español is now live. In addition, the draft Cuban Constitution is available for analysis on both the English and Spanish versions of the site. Visitors can compare the draft to the current Cuban Constitution or to other world constitutions — just in time for the February 24 referendum!
