Announcement: New IACL Research Group on Post-Soviet Eurasian Constitutionalism

We are pleased to announce that the IACL Research group "Post-Soviet Eurasian Constitutionalism" has been established. 

This research group will provide scholars from across the Eurasian region a forum for examining and comparing issues and concepts about the construction of constitutionalism. It will also give scholars from outside the region an opportunity to engage with each other and scholars from the region. It is convened by Dr Tatiana Khramova, Professor Hubert Kuepper and Associate Professor William Partlett. More information about the research group can be found here.
The first event of the new research group will be a webinar that will take place 13 December 2022 and be devoted to a discussion of the new book by William Partlett and Herbert Kuepper, The Post-Soviet as Post-Colonial: A New Paradigm for Understanding Constitutional Dynamics in the Former Soviet Empire.
