The Italian Law Journal has just released a Special Issue on ‘The 2016 Italian Constitutional Referendum: Origins, Stakes and Outcomes’. The Special Issues was edited by Guest Editor Paolo Passaglia.

It is divided into the following sections:

Part I — Constitutional Reform in Italy: Past and Present
Part II — Views on the Future of Constitutional Reform
Part III — Views from Abroad

Submissions are now open for Volume 3, Issue 2 (2017), which is scheduled to be published in December 2017.
