Announcement: Digital Constitutionalism Academy: Digital Regulation and Governance: The Role of Public Law and Private Law | 9-10 April 2026 | Florence, Italy

The 6th edition of the Digital Constitutionalism Academy is here! The DigiCon Academy is a two day event that will be held between 9-10 April 2026 in Florence, Italy and will focus on the topic of “Digital Regulation and Governance: The Role of Public Law and Private Law”.

The first day of the event (Thursday, 9 April 2026) will be devoted to a conference where scholars, policymakers, and experts will reflect on the boundaries between public and private law in digital regulation.

On the second day (Friday, 10 April 2026), participants will join the Training School, where through interactive sessions the participants will deepen the understanding of the role and the boundaries of public and private law in digital regulation. It will also provide the opportunity to engage with leading experts in digital regulation and governance.

The application period ends on 30 January 2026.
