In order to provide a forum for scholarly research into public law responses to COVID-19, this Research Group aims to create a worldwide network of scholars who share interests in particular aspects of public law and their relationship to the protection of public health.

The Winter School is a two-week international postgraduate programme on federalism, regionalism and multi-level governance. Through an interdisciplinary and comparative approach, it explores how federalism can contribute to multi-level, integrated and pluralistic decision-making.

Application deadline: 18 October 2020.

The Handbook of Constitutional Law in Greater China aims to provide a comprehensive survey of important issues of constitutional law in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; and critically discuss leading views on these issues.

The conveners encourage submissions from both PhD candidates and young scholars on the topic of “Constitutional Identity: Contemporary Issues and Challenges”. Deadline: 11 January 2021.
