Legal experts are invited to answer the short questionnaire (in English or French) below.
The aim is to establish a very general overview of the Legal Traditions in the world, in relation to the traditional Common Law vs Civil Law divide.
We seek to show the scope and limits of these traditional categories and to investigate the range of legal practices they cover.
Time commitment: 5 to 10 minutes.
We would be very grateful for your help as we intend to cover the entire world. Our aim is to have at least two answers per country, ideally from an academic and from a practitioner.

Questionnaire sur les traditions juridiques: Common Law vs Civil Law
Nous recherchons des experts juridiques pour répondre au court questionnaire (en anglais ou en français) ci-dessous.
L’objectif de ce questionnaire est de proposer un aperçu très général des traditions juridiques dans le monde, au regard du clivage traditionnel entre la Common Law et le droit civil.
Nous souhaitons analyser la portée et les limites de cette classification traditionnelle et mettre au jour la diversité des pratiques juridiques qu'elle recouvre.
Temps pour répondre au questionnaire : 5 à 10 minutes.
Nous vous remercions très sincèrement de votre aide car nous souhaitons couvrir la totalité des pays du globe. Notre objectif est d’obtenir au minimum deux réponses par pays, de préférence de la part d’un universitaire et d’un praticien.
