IACL Research Group on Social Rights

The IACL Research Group on Social Rights is excited to announce a new series of talks by academics on their social rights scholarship.  

Dr. Katie Boyle (University of Stirling) will be the first speaker in the series and we will be discussing her new book Economic and Social Rights Law: Incorporation, Justiciability and Principles of Adjudication (2020).    

Dr. Koldo Casla (University of Essex) will be the discussant.   

The talk will be moderated by Gaurav Mukherjee (Central European University).
